November 30 - December 4
RCM-R® is an optimized process for formulating failure consequence management policies for assets and processes consisting of five pillars: data integrity, RCM per SAE JA1011, RAM analysis, Weibull analysis, and continuous improvement. Through its 4 Sub-Processes, RCM-R® synchronizes key Asset, Reliability and Risk Management tools with the purpose of obtaining optimum value from assets through the achievement of financial and non-financial business objectives. This course is designed for prospect facilitators who have demonstrated RCM-R® mastery through passing the Basic and Advanced course certifications and that also have participated in projects as RCM- R® Analysts. The class reviews the entire RCM-R® process while placing special emphasis on the Facilitating tasks that must be master while directing RCM-R® analysis and projects.
RCM-R® Facilitators must overcome the most common RCM implementation pitfalls: • No use of experienced RCM facilitator • No multidisciplinary team approach used • Poor failure mode causation • Only maintenance tasks recommended • Too few Condition versus Time Based tasks recommended • Only primary functions are evaluated
RCM-R® facilitators must have extensive RCM process knowledge and full mastery of the facilitation techniques needed to successfully conduct analysis and RCM-R® projects.
